Terms of Sale and Subscription

At Secure Exchanges, we are committed to providing high-quality service to all our clients.

This policy applies to all users of the self-service platform.
Note: In specific cases (e.g., partnerships, institutions, or tenders), special conditions may apply. These terms are communicated directly to the concerned clients and take precedence over this policy.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 30-day free trial period to allow you to discover our services. During this period, you can explore all features at no cost.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Pricing: All self-service platform prices are displayed on our website. Some specialized licenses are available only upon request by contacting Secure Exchanges (e.g., PRO licenses with attachment capacity exceeding 2.5 GB).
  • Discounts: Secure Exchanges offers discounts on monthly subscriptions as part of corporate agreements or limited-time promotions. These discounts are generally for one-time use and cannot be combined. No volume discounts are offered for monthly subscriptions.
  • Promotions: Promotional codes ("promo codes") may be used to offer targeted discounts based on certain markets, industries, or client profiles. Each promotion must be pre-approved by an authorized Secure Exchanges employee.
  • Cancellation and Refund: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, no refund will be granted for the current month or 30-day billing period. Service access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Upgrade: To upgrade a license, follow the upgrade available in our Knowledge Base. The amount is automatically calculated on a pro-rata basis for the current billing period, and the new license is activated immediately after payment. If a discount is already applied to the account, it will be automatically factored into the upgrade.
  • Downgrade: When a user wishes to switch to a lower-level license (e.g., from Pro to Advanced), they must purchase the new desired license, assign it to the relevant user, and then permanently delete the old license from the account by the official procedure. The new license is billed upon activation. The previous license remains payable until the end of the current billing cycle, even if deleted earlier. If the higher license is not permanently deleted, it will remain in the account's available license pool and will be automatically billed in the next cycle. No refund will be granted for a license deleted or left active by mistake. We recommend performing any downgrade at the end of the billing period to minimize charges.

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • Pricing: Annual subscriptions are available by contacting Secure Exchanges directly and are granted at our discretion. The annual rate corresponds to the monthly cost multiplied by 12 months. For clients using SESAR hosted by one of our trusted partners, an additional fee of $1,500 per year applies for server hosting.
  • Discounts: Secure Exchanges offers volume discounts on PRO licenses only. Discounts are non-cumulative and valid for a single use.
  • Cancellation and Refund: No refunds are granted for annual subscriptions after purchase.
  • Upgrade: To upgrade, please contact our support team at support@secure-exchanges.com. A pro-rated amount for the remaining months will be billed. Please allow up to 48 business hours for your request to be processed.

4. Policy Modification

Secure Exchanges reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any modification takes effect upon publication on our website.
