Manage the emails received by your customers

To modify the emails received by your customers, follow the steps below and see the result in real time in the preview at the bottom of the page.

1. Choose the language of communication
2. Choose the type of email
3. Choose the variable to modify and click on edit text
4. Check or uncheck the default texts. This allows you to see if your variable is empty the texts by which they will be replaced.
5. Once you are satisfied with your changes click on save template

N.B.: If you delete a text (a variable), the default text will be applied.
